TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms: All purchases are to be paid for in full with U.S. funds the day of the auction by cash or cashiers check. A bank letter of credit guaranteeing the amount of payment by the bank must accompany ALL personal and company checks. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Warranty: Everything in the Auction will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty or guarantee of any kind as to age, condition, model, year, make, etc. unless otherwise specified by the Auctioneer. All property sold in “AS IS” condition and information obtained from sources is assumed to be correct but not guaranteed by Mason Auction Company.

 

Registration Rules of Auction: Any person wishing to bid on any item in the Auction must register and obtain a bidders card. Any person bidding for an account other than their own must register as such. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept any bid of a non-registered bidder.

 

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be collected. Dealers Must bring a copy of their 2008 resale exemption certificates. Certificates will be retained by the Auction company.

 

Announcements by Auctioneer on day of sale take precedence over this or any promotional material.
