New Terms at Mason Auction
Starting January 1st 2025, All small misc items must be farm or construction related and will be sold Absolute. Junk will be turned away! No household items. All car & truck tires must be either new or on wheels. Titled vehicles and trailers will only be accepted from individuals, municipalities, banks or dispersals. “No Dealer Vehicles”. Please note that a $150.00 cash non-refundable lot-in fee applies to all cars & trucks from individuals. Municipalites, banks or dispersals are exempt from this fee. Titles and registrations must be present at time of lot in. All titles must be in sellers name, No Exceptions. Trailers weighing less than 2000 lbs with VIN#’s must have a current registration. Trailers over 2000 lbs are required to have titles. Boats and watercraft with trailers must have paperwork on both the vessel and trailer. Consigned equipment will be offered only twice at auction. If Consignment(s) are still here at third auction it will be sold absolute and check will be sent to consignor. All sold equipment must be removed before next scheduled auction or will be lined up and sold absolute and check sent to purchaser. Deadline for consignments will be Wednesday 5:00 p.m. before auctions unless otherwise noted. Mason Auction will no longer price protect any item(s).
